A BOLD MOVE FOR IMPULSE BUYS

FLEXIBILITY & VERSATILITY

Mars Wrigley was looking for an attention-grabbing display with a small footprint that could be moved around for versatility in a variety of different retail store formats. The other parts of the equation added to the challenge - include multiple Mars Wrigley brands and get it to market quickly and efficiently.

To meet these demands, we leveraged tooling from other projects we'd completed for Mars Wrigley reducing the development time. We designed a small footprint with maximum impact to accommodate eight of their popular confectionary brands, and made sure the display could be placed in multiple different store locations.

AN ICONIC CHARACTER

The resulting display turned heads by featuring the iconic 3D Red M & M character. The small footprint of the display made it versatile enough to be moved around the store for maximum effectiveness in promoting impulse sales.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Results from this program were impressive. When the display was placed near the fresh deli section, 1 in 11 shoppers purchased an item from it. When it was placed near the checkout, sales were boosted by an incredible 40%!
